Who we are

This site is operated by FINAL MASTER LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA (the imprint has the contact details). In these terms "we" means FINAL MASTER LLC.

What the directory is

The directory lists manufacturers compiled from open data, official registries and the companies' own websites, and from details that companies publish or confirm themselves. It is an information service, not a marketplace. We do not manufacture, sell, ship or guarantee anything, and a listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation.

• Accuracy. Listings are compiled automatically and can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Capabilities, certifications and trust scores are shown as stated by the company or computed from published facts. We do not verify certificates or audit companies. Please check everything with the manufacturer, and ask for the certificate itself, before you order.
• No advice. Design rules, cost estimates and checks are typical rules of thumb for general information. They are not engineering, legal, tax or compliance advice. A manufacturer's own guidelines always take precedence.

Quote requests

A quote request is an introduction. We pass your request to manufacturers that matched and that agreed to receive requests, and we pass their reply back to you. Any agreement is made directly between you and the manufacturer. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for quality, price, delivery, payment or disputes. You confirm that you may share the details you submit.

Manufacturers: listing, correction and removal

If your company is listed, you can claim the listing, correct it, publish your own profile or remove it at any time through the listing page. A removal is final, and we do not add the company again. Information you publish or confirm must be accurate, and you must be authorised to represent the company.

Using the site and the open data

• You may read, link to and use the site, the open data files and the interfaces (REST, MCP) under the terms stated on the data page and the methodology page, including the attribution required there.
• Please do not overload the service, bypass limits, attempt to access data you are not meant to see, or use the interfaces to send spam or unsolicited advertising.
• We may limit or block access to protect the service.

Links and affiliates

Some links lead to third-party tools or manufacturers and may be affiliate links: we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you (see the affiliate disclosure). We are not responsible for third-party sites.

Intellectual property

The site design, text and software are ours or used under licence. Company names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Open data records keep the licences of their sources, as listed on the methodology page.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions you make based on the directory or from dealings with any manufacturer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are to be brought in the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
