Connect Vibe Manufacturing once

1. Ask me what the part is, then call get_rfq_requirements for the right process.
2. Ask me for anything missing: material, quantity, 3D file, tolerance, finish, deadline, ship-to country.
3. Upload my files with upload_rfq_file.
4. Call create_rfq with dry_run to check completeness, show me the summary, and only after I agree that the request and my email may be shared with matched manufacturers, send it with create_rfq.
5. Later, read answers and quotes with get_rfq_thread and get_rfq, and ask the manufacturers follow-up questions with send_rfq_message.
